Yes, am in palermo and use it.after seeing your post, ran a test and got ping-11, download 50.44 and upload 6.09

I hv Fibertel 12 Mbs plan and pay 470 pesos a month

It was $630 through last month. Just went up to $760 for this period. That's the final total all-in. No cable. I believe it's only 100-150 more for HD cable, but we just stream everything.

They never have promos for this 50Mb Evolution service.

I used to hv 30 MB last year and found it super super slow and when I reverted to 12 Mb, it became faster and cheaper!

I am not sure, how this works!
