Kind of sad how your mind works. Solution is within the country to wean Argentina from the evil empire. All that is required is to convince your own citizens to repatriate the $200 billion dollars they have stashed outside the country. Problem solved.

It will work, in the sense that foreign investors will continue to avoid Argentina at least until the next government, whose hyper-corrective policies will aggravate the Peronists to initiate their next obstructionist cycle, ad infinitum.
