Countdown To Default!

Tell me something..who was the genius of a president who authorized the clause? ...Peron? Isabela? Cristina? Menem?..... or could it have been Nestor Kirchner?

Even there is not a Clause about parí pasu, it is a básic concept in law that anybody can enforce at Court. However, RUFO is a limit to parí pasu, seems that here you are confused, it was smart.

You surprise me very positively (and I'm sincerely not faking it).

So, you have lived for many years in Argentina (I don't doubt about that, you left trails on the Web), you say you have friends in Argentina who would suffer of a default (I have no way to know, but OK I believe you) so I'll ask you just one question (just asked today):

Is there Justice when Law is associated with amorality? I believe it's part of the question... Or if I put in a more trivial way, imagine a good friend of yours has to speed up in the street to bring his mother to an hospital (emergency). He's speeding, gets arrested by a Police Officer and gets a speeding ticket & you're at the dinner right after between friends, what do you say?:

- You keep repeating "He got a speeding ticket but that's Law"
- You keep repeating "Maybe was he speeding, but that's Law too, he had to save his mother"
- You keep repeating "That Police Officer maybe failed one of his duties, which is to protect the weak, hence once knowing the situation, he shouldn't have stopped the car, he should have opened the way, sirens at full"
- You keep repeating "This pig is a scumbag, conspiracy theory, blablabla"

Truth is not like One

That's my emotional perception (what's yours?)

You surprise me
So, frenchie, who am I with my new avatar?

Why do you (or anyone else) imagine my username and avatar has anything to do with me?

(BTW: Don Alberto is what my workers called me, when I lived in Mexico - not that my name is Alberto or Albert, but they simply couldn't pronounce my real name)

I think you owe me to explain why you think my posts are negative, while the namecalling from Bajo_cero2 and frenchie was honky-dorey.
(B & f in http://baexpats.org/...230#entry268724 and http://baexpats.org/...230#entry268725).

Well let's see ... you've managed to pick fights not only with the pro-CFK group on this forum, but the neo-liberal group as well as the group in the middle.

When it is everyone against you then the common denominator would be the "you" part.

If you are going to be very outspoken about your ideas try to have a thicker skin.
