Actually there still are F1s in France, so there are parts. The French airforce will remove them in 2014 (they appeared in 1966!!!).

Those are stored parts already allocated to the Arme D'Air. They don't make the parts anymore. Unless Arme D'Air is willing to give or sell those to Argentina, there are no new parts.
