Daily maid rate per hour

And has your country of origen been as successful as the US in helping so many (not all) of its citizens to achieve their dreams?
I do not have a country, I'm international. It's hard to define what American dream is.
Since the start of globalization, less and less Americans realize their dreams, more and more are burdened by taxes and debt. The average saving of American families is far less than many average Asian countries (I am not talking about Japan), something is not right, that's why there are so many Trump supporters. The homeless people on the streets of LA, many of them have mental illness or addiction, it's a different story.

I think I pay my maid about 300 pesos an hour but I'm not certain because my wife gives her the money. But it is very little, whereas I paid my housekeeper in LA $45 an hour.

It's not me, please read above thread. I do not live in LA.

I see it was someone else. Whoever it was, to pay $45 when people are fighting to get $15 an hour is amazing. To pay $45 you've got to be an oligarch.
