Wise choices. Few individuals realize that seed oils, as well as sugar and many unhealthy chemicals, which are added to "enhance flavors" and extend shelf life (think trans fats and other preservatives) are present in almost all hghly processed food, including bread. My diet for the past 30 years .... No seed oil no processed foods low (not zero) carbs)

Seed oils are industrial products which cannot be made non-poisonous and are used over and over in the prepartion of most foods in restaurants., especially fried chicken and French fries. Calling the latter "fresh fries" only indicates they tasted better at the moment they were served, not that they could be considered healthy in any way or even fit for human consumption.
This just appeared in my YouTube feed:

double rinse your pan so there's no possibility of soap residue. Heat the pan. THEN add your butter/oil to the hot pan. Put the eggs in and let them set up some before attempting to move them. What I hate about eggs is how they always stick to the pan no matter what I do. Expensive new non stick pan, tons of olive oil, doesn't matter they stick and make a huge mess
I've never heard of this diet, but it would probably make a nutritionist go pale in the face.
Is this your way of implying that the carnivore diet is, in any way, comparable to (or as absurd as) eating mud pies as a source of nutrition? Is it possible? Anything is possible. People in Haiti are eating pies made out of mud.
The carnivore diet is considered by the medical doctors who advocate it to be the most healthy diet possible for humans, the most important reason being the fact that red meat is the most healing food that humans can consume. Is it healthy? Depends on your predispositions & current health state.
Medical doctors I respect assert that eating eggs, especially the yolks. even though they are "high in cholesterol" does not increase the risk of heat disease.Eggs are high in cholesterol. Are you already at risk for heart disease?
Beef intake is highly correlated to colon cancer risks. Do you have genetic cancer markers in your family?
I am getting them from red meat, eggs, and butter (which I resumed eating about a month ago after deciding to eliminate olive oil).Where are you going to get your vitamins/minerals/antioxidants?
I did not begin the carnivore diet to lose weight or "save" (aka "spend less") money. I did it to "save" (aka "add more time") to my life. Losing more than 25 pounds and being able to wear the same size clothes I wore when I was seventeen has been a completely unexpected but most welcome side effect.IMO, a balanced low carb diet with moderate exercise should be sufficient to lose whatever weight you want without resorting to such an extreme diet.
The claims that eating red meat can cause colon cancer and eating eggs can cause heart disease appear to be the top two "claims" of the processed food industry (the same industry that created the food pyramid.
