Sorry for bumping an old thread, but really no point starting a new one.
Anybody familiar with how to procure a "certificado de legalidad" for a driver license for a US state or Canadian province? Specifically, New York or Ontario.
To the best of my knowledge, this is simply a concept that does not exist there.
Anybody managed to get this, please advise! #thanks
