The Crimearans should have the right but doing shit in 2-3 weeks isn't how it should be done. Announce they are going to do it a yearish in advance and let people campaign for both sides.

That's a very simplistic comment, since the Democrats deal with such issues timidly and tentatively. The Republicans and Peronists, however, closely resemble each other in their determination to make their respective countries ungovernable.
