Habilitación De Salida

Update: I was able to to go to the Nacional De Migraciones and get the extra 90 days "prorroga de permanencia". It was fairly simple.
...Though hours are only until 2pm (I think 7:30 to 2pm).
They also told me that sometimes by 1pm they've called it a day.

Edificio 3... then they give you a ticket and send you to Edificio 6.
