Yes I am also glad this worked out with a decent result.... and this thread was quite an eye opener for me. I could totally see this happening to me.... trying to help someone on here..or being too trusting... and you just never know about anyone.

I have been thinking about renting my place in mar del plata for a month or two this summer.... but after reading this thread .... I think I will just stick to what I am good at... wine drinking!!
