The parents get everything if there is no wife or CHildren.
In this case there are both, so 50% for the wife the other 50% to be distributed amongst the kids
(unless there is a will that gave away 20% to anybody else)
If not as mentioned by other poster, there are Forced heirs, the wife & kids...
But really they should consult a lawyer...

No first should I see if the home can be sold.
If a minor dies in Argentina, does the inhertance go to the surviving mother?
