I am not the one taking out full page ads in the papers advocating overthrowing the government. I think Flynn is the one who needs a little deep breathing...

And, the consistent position of the United States Government has been that retired military Generals, like, say, Flynn, are still subject to the UCMJ- the military code of Justice. And, as this here link shows, Sedition IS punishable by death under the UCMJ.

I wasn't thinking about him being retired military. Actually, anyone who held a commission can be recalled to active duty and court-martialed as long as they are still alive. It's not just generals.

Pretty sad when "Better than Trump" is the only good thing one can say about an elected official.

I remember when the Tara Reade sexual assault allegations against Joe Biden first came out, some woke Democrats in the media were arguing that it shouldn't matter because Trump has still had more sexual assault allegations than him.
