Kicillof Pays To 92% Of Bondholders, Griesa's Move Now?

Don Alberto, No better example of "Y vos?!"

Argentina should have settled this years ago when the coffers were a lot more full. I don't like the decision but it does seem to uphold the law. And now they are rock/hard place and the funds have zero impetus to compromise since time and legalities are now all in their favor.

The big deal after this mess is that countries aren t a person. If the judge order is not respected, the judge cannot send to jail a country.
And there is money in the US only if Argentina send it.

But, there is a lot of illegal money of argentine's citizens there, those assets can be sequestered.

There is 300 billón usd abroad, money that belongs to ar citizens but money that is undeclared. The vulpures should go after this money. This is a win win solution.

Despite the lack of opposable thumbs, in the absence of hand-eye coordination, Argentina nonetheless aspires to play hardball.

If Argentina acted like a serious country, its own citizens would bring that money home for investment instead of worrying that it would be confiscated. They're guilty until proven innocent, though.

Maybe its n ot a serious country because everyone who makes money here decide not to invest it here but elsewhere.
