Vacunar only indicate a lower age limit: https://vacunar.com.ar/vacuna-contra-el-dengue/ It is a 2-dose vaccine (2nd dose after 3 months), which I hadn't fully realized.

You generally need to get a doctor's prescription first. The discount only comes with a prepaga/ obra social and prescription.
Mine came with the advice to wait 15-20 days after having last COVID vaccine and not take any other non-dengue vaccines in the next 3-6 months.
It is also a two dose vaccine spaced 3 months apart, so by vaccinating now won't have any decent immunity until around the end of winter.

I don't see it any less than last year. Frequently see CABA motorbikes with what looks like two jerry cans on the back sprouting out smoke riding around Palermo. Also the trucks generally pass through residential areas late at night/ in the madrugada.
