Thanks - our landlord arranged a 'fixer' of a driver with whom she works. She seems confident he will be able to navigate through police checkpoints. Again, dice roll - we don't have many other options!

Looks like California is on a total lockdown . Just weeks many people here thought this was not possible . Now with Argentina and now California on lockdown there is no place in the world that is 100% safe .

So what is allowed and what is not allowed?

According to reporting on TN , if the quarentine isn't complied with they will.move to an actual 'estado de sitio' i.e. Martial law.

This, again according to the reporting, has been confirmed by multiple governemt sources.
