Yes. Clearly mid December to mid February is not directly comparable to mid October to mid December.

My most recent bill (for mid-November-mid January) was almost unchanged from the previous bill (mid-September-mid November) and was just under $400 pesos.

And the rate here has always been significantly higher than the rates in CF.

The cost per KW hour for the past billing period was just over $5.

I haven't used the a/c at all this summer (not even once), but it hasn't been hot enough here to need it.

I expect to see a significant increase in the next bill.

I checked the bill and it was actually 0.5709 per kwh (which is closer to .60 than "just over five" or .50).

Just got our bill: 419 kwh - $274 . And I live in an oligarca barrio, no subsidy.
