New Pricing

I noticed about a year ago that my withdrawals Max(per day) from the ATM, went down from $1000 pesos a day to $700 pesos a day. At that time, a newspaper article said the Argentine Government didn't have enough $100peso notes on hand. And that they were printing more from Brazil. I don't know, because I'm not there right now, but this is an excellent question to ask. I would like to know as well. I will be coming to AR in Fall of 2012, (US fall), but I'm uncertain about the bank card charges for purchases on debit or credit. Would you happen to have any info about that? I hate to carry cash of unless it's necessary for cabs, buses and so forth and would not want to get cut short.
