The only one who loose with this death is the government.
A public hearing of Nisman at the Congress was going to be a big triumph for the government because prosecutors have inmunity unless they are caught in fraganti, Nisman was going to leave the Congress handcuffed (to disclosure a criminal investigation is a crime plus illegal phone tapping -over 300 cds- too).
There is a war going on inside the intellegence agency (they had their own agenda and they were working against the government: traitors) Nisman bought rotten fish and he finished dead.
The President released the secret on the secret agents who were involved on the illegal phone tapping because they were who used Nisman and, perhaps, who killed him if he was killed.

like to add my 2 pesos. I recently had a cousin commit suicide, 9 mm to the side of the head. mad , fighting with wife, gun to side of head pull trigger.it did not kill him right away. so I asked a neurologist why? he said to commit suicide you must put the gun in your mouth and blow out the connection to the spinal column. instant death. who knows this? behind the ear with a 22 is not what suicidal people do or know about. its location is impossible to self administer and the caliber way too small unless placed exactly right. humm. emotional guy shoots self behind the ear. really....

A criminal prosecutor knows about this. Criminal lawyers study that kind of things at university. It doesn't mean that it was or it wasn't a suicide.

Isn't it odd that: 1) Stiusso is fired after nearly 50 years in the Argentine intelligence services and 2) Nisman comes home early from vacation (starting on January 1, ending on January 20) with a 300 page report? Who prepared it, and why would he urgently end his vacation early to deliver it?

What if the evidence he was given were fake? How can one confirm the authenticity of these phone calls?
