Interesting, Lagomarsino' s lawyer is Maxi Rusconi. I studied criminal law I with him and he let me in at Luis Moreno Ocampo' s (former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court) law firm.
He was the defendant of former president Menem (who is going to criminal trial on Amia terrorist attack for concealment) and he charged 1 million usd to Menem on the trafficking of weapons to Bosnia case.

My speculation is that he killed Nisman, that he is a Secret service and he become his lover, that's how he was able to do it in the bathroom making him believe that they were to have sex. That's the only explanation on How TF he confessed that he gave a gun to Nisman. Better 6 years in jail than 45.
