My nickname is Bajo_cero2.
When you make a complaint, it has to be done before the chamber and they assign a judge.
Lijo can continue with the case but it is a big waste of time because it is null (procedure) and there is no crime.
It can be predicted by any criminal lawyer. That's the whole idea about law.

Appreciate your patience to discuss legal issues with individuals that are not versed in Argentine Law procedures.

No, if Nisman was used and killed to create an scandal to this administration, then his source is a secret service and was using him too, so, dead he is more useful if this theory is true. Just in case, he agree with me for now, that explains why he escaped.

Or he is trying to take advantage of his 5 minutes of fame.

That did cross my mind.

Saw Patcher in Intratables, believe he is likes his 5 minutes of fame, he will write a book soon.

I read his article in Haaretz. https://www.google.c... Nisman’s death

(If I post the link directly, I think you'll hit a paywall).

It was an awful read. He's a journalist, yet he presents no proof that the people following him -- if they were indeed following him -- were government agents. And even if they were, it seems like these SIDE guys get to do just about whatever they want anyway.

My favorite line:

Of course, for both speed and the contagion effect, Twitter was the way to go. The information was so solid I never doubted my source, despite my one or two colleagues who doubted me because I only had 420 Twitter followers — a number now eclipsing 10,000.

You believe that your life was threatened; you allegedly flee the country because of said threats; and in your first few articles about the incident, you talk about how many Twitter followers you have instead of presenting evidence that corroborates your claims that the government was behind this?

Will a real journalist in Argentina PLEASE stand up, or do they all suffer Nismanitis?

Doman: "Yo esperaba más de esas 290 páginas."

Longobardi: "Yo coincido con la presidente que la denuncia de Nisman no era lo que esperábamos."

Even journalists from Grupo Clarín say his criminal complaint was weak.... Then you know it must REALLY be bad.
