Roast Potatoes

I am without haggis m'lord but if one should ever cross my path I shall send for you.
 
if there are any shortbread fans here , you cant get it here as it is made with a type of flour that is banned in Argentina.

But you can buy it on board Buquebus - $ US 5- 7 per packet
 
I don't see why roast potatoes should be unwelcome at an asado, even in summer. They're certainly superior to papas fritas or any other potato preparation that Argentines do.

Actually, I don't mind pastel de papas.

Someone posted a butcher once that had a website that said they stocked sheep's lungs, heart, liver etc.
with a meat grinder, oats and some fat it's not hard to make.

If only i could find that butchers :lol:
