Hi Paul. Have a great time back in the UK - it's brass monkeys there at the moment.
Definitely I like your idea and Group running is much more sociable but let me warn you Im a fat old git who has done too many marathons and my halcyon days are well past.
Let's see if I can get sorted with the right shoes and "catch up" in the New Year
Swimming everyday doesn't somehow give the same buzz. Maybe if I can get back and upping my mileage I will be less testy!!!
