Tea - REAL tea - where?

Ya there's a tea place a couple of blocks from Plaza Serrano in BA...focuses a bit too much on hip presentation and not enough on tea quality, but I bought some good tea from there once. I imagine supermarkets or gourmet stores at least in BA should have those Harrod's boxes? They're everywhere.

I'm having a cup of high grade Assam right now ...I have a supply.
