Tourist questions : Cash for three weeks in BA?

But unfortunately outside of "normal high end restaurants" and up, I find the food in Argentina as not so great. I have no complaints because you really only spend around 10 bucks for dinner at a really good restaurant. Of course more for the best ones.

I’m a cocktail guy … wine is nice, but in the end, my meals are always with a scotch of some sort.

Assuming US$200 a day for three days and US$30 for four days , will reult in a US$100 a day average..!
 
I guess the vue at the Alvear Icon Hotel must be worth to pay $1800 pesos for a cocktail ..!
