Troublesome Foreigners Will Be Kicked Out

I'm not a bleeding heart by any stretch (I think if you are incarcerated you should work to pay for your room and board) but I am also a big fan of Habeas Corpus, the right to a speedy and fair trial, the right to due process, etc.

When most Argentines hear the word 'extranjero', they are not thinking of dissident computer technicians from Wales; they are thinking of Bolivians, Peruvians and Colombians.
