Syngirl. Great post , but that is what we do NOT tell Aduana. Immigration stamps the passports and admits you. Customs wants to know about your dozen under wire bras !!

I think you may be over thinking it. I haven't read everyone elses repsonses so excuse me if i repeat something. But I think you will be finr telling them you are on vacation. - How do they know you aren't planning on going to Brazil or Chile, or Uruguay next? When i moved I came in on a one way ticket i don't remember anyone asking me anything. I have also left and returned on round trip tickets ( Back to BA).

When I came on a tourist visa and they asked my intent they asked me why I was there I said student and they let me through though I did have docs on my phone that were signed by belgrano. However they never once asked me for them and just smiled and let me through
