1. Donald Trump chooses her as his running mate. This will kill two birds with one stone: Hispanic and women's vote trumping Hilary's quest for the White House. "Trump/Kirchner 2016!". Cristina will become America's first female VP. OR
   
2. She is arrested on corruption charges with Bajo successfully defending her in court. Bajo will become the Johnnie Cochrane of Argentine. When the prosecution tries to use a key to open a large vault in Santa Cruz, Bajo utters the famous phrase in court "if the key does not fit, you must acquit", resulting in worldwide notoriety for Bajo's judicial skills.

Given the obvious legal impossibility of #1, and the country in which #2 would ostensibly take place (though I appreciate the humor), I'd have to say there is a third, more likely option:
