Aerolineas Cancellations

I know about the snow in Bariloche, i have no idea about the weather in Cataratas or Salta, that is why i didn't make any comment about something i don't know about. Perhaps you can check it out so, then, you can talk about sonething you know about.

It is not the company who decide if the flight flies or not, it is 100% decision of the pilot.

When the company "manages" it, you have accidents.

Pilots decides according to his skills, pilots in you country might fly every day with snow so they decide to fly anyway. Here snow is not so normal, they might not have so much experience, the pilot decide to cancel the flight (no go).

Pilots also decide according to the technology the airport has, perhaps they have better technology in your country and pilots can flight with a snow storm.

A country where workers has rights and unions has strikes. In this case they decide to work by the book. Workers has no rights in the US.

Flights were cancelled all around bs as, so I guess we were really lucky not to share their awful weather.

Seriously, how can any, even state-owned, airline company afford such debacle? And is not first time of course. Number of my friends had problems, some taking 36 hour buses to catch international flights, on their own expense, because ar gave them credit for next purchase, and even that was not achievable, because they should spent more time for filling papers than they had. Luckily I advised them to buy return days before they actually had flights...

As I learned the other they, Viveza_criolla all the way...

Would the new censorship law prevent these biased news reports by anti-government fanatics, i.e. Clarin?

So much snow everywhere in Argentina...

If you read my first link, the cancelation were to Bariloche, Esquel and Iguazu.

So, YES, there was a strong snow storm last weekend:

Also a lightning produced a shortage or energy at the airport of Iguazu:

But as soon as Macri said he can manage this better, of course that some media invent fake news.

Ooooohhhhhhh, right!!!! They should fly to an airport that has no radio/radar/lights!!!!!!!

During last weekend there was a mild strike were pilots worked by the book, nothing compared to this, remember?

Macri can't manage zipper on his pants, let alone anything else. The problem is, that puppets on power here never understood, how to manage business. With that they are even worse than communists, they at least installed dsomeone capable of doing operations, painted him red and a point boss over him. Here they actually think, they can manage everything...

If you'd use a tiny portion of logical thinking, you'd realize that given there were over 100 cancelled flights, including those to Brazil, Iguazu, Salta where not even a snowflake was visible, the weather shouldn't be the explanation for this disaster... But party soldiers need to believe what the party dictates. Nobody is arguing that a few flights cannot be cancelled due to circumstances like whether or airport failures, but if this excuse is used for all of those flights even though the weather was good and the airports served other airlines for most of the cases, one would need to be really ignorant to accept it...

Read before replying.

There also were a mild strike and airplanes no go. If pilots are complaining on strike, they can say a flight is no go when it is ok and there is nothing you can do about it, they are the authority at the flight, that is why the union is asking for sanctions. This was an abuse of power on some pilots.

I m not a soldier, i just dislike dirty politics like those based on lies. I just showed you with facts that the news was invented.

And you believe that this adds up to all cancelled flights? :D Obviously an incompetent manager who wants to hide his lack of skills would never just cherrypick 2-3 flights which had 'real' issues and use the excuse for all the mess he created. But feel free to believe in Recalde, Santa Claus and other fairy tales.

I will put it that way: if recalde and other political figures wouldn't be involved on highest position, we wouldn't read lies and wouldn't see half the strikes there are now. For that alone he and everyone else is guilty. If country of 40 millions can't find enough people to run companies and government at the same time, better to close it down.

Now seems bigger the country, less people are running it..
