Even in this thread we have a supposedly polished Argentinian lawyer advising a man that has had his shipped packages basically ripped off by corrupt Argentinians government workers. Warned to watch out because it is a federal offense to stand up to the corruption.

Im wondering if by chance i might know this person off this board, and perhaps that's why he says i broke the law when i didn't.

At any rate I keep wondering why he says "when you break the law" (which is only a resolution signed by the head of AFIP NOTHING MORE)

These threads were helpful by the way it reaffirmed my stand point for the people here in La Plata the resolution applies to nationals, not visitors. When in capital Federal i had no problem.

Im relaxed, i just thought it was ridiculous for the folks at Correo to hold my package for a month without notifying me. Then after 2 weeks of trying to get it they finally notified me when I spoke with a supervisor and she found the packages. I wont send ANYTHING else here.

Its like watching a 3 stooges movie, only the 3 stooges are funny, making new laws, violating civil rights, and harassing a tourist isn't funny at all.
