Correo - Where Can I Read The Laws-Is It A Crime (Sis)?

Have you found Franz Kafka's "The Castle" to be over-represented in Argentine book-stores?

The bottom line that this situation with mail Argentina is pure North Korean 4th World Bullshit. Not worthy of any country that claims to be a democracy.

The meaning of the word "Democracy" is ever expanding! Now it's come to also mean "the right to an efficient mail system".
By that logic, how do you call a country where the trains run on time?

Honestly are any of the countries in the world any better than Korea?

Are there shills herein Argentina too?

Lots of diversion tactics or shills for sure. Always cover you back in the darkness of Argentina.

Nisman just had his head blown off for what some speculate to be a diversion tactic. Here is the difference.

In the mighty USA corrupt politicians get this...

In the looser Argentina prosecutors that want to expose corrupt politicians get this...

Even in this thread we have a supposedly polished Argentinian lawyer advising a man that has had his shipped packages basically ripped off by corrupt Argentinians government workers. Warned to watch out because it is a federal offense to stand up to the corruption.

Of course Bejo supports the system it is only thing he has ever known. He is not able to think beyond being a cog in the machine.

Im wondering if by chance i might know this person off this board, and perhaps that's why he says i broke the law when i didn't.

At any rate I keep wondering why he says "when you break the law" (which is only a resolution signed by the head of AFIP NOTHING MORE)

However if hes a LAWYER that is a part of the system, well, I guess i understand. And your right a COG doesn't think, it just does!

if you stand by and do or say nothing while a man does evil, then you are part of the evil too. And just as guilty as he is!

You notice He didnt point out anywhere in the resolution that I violated the resolution, or show president, its what some people do, they think if they yell it or say it enough, after a while you will believe it. It actually works with the SHEEPLE

If you have come to Argentina expecting for things to be done the right way and in due time, you are in for a heap of frustration.

Relax and let things happen as they will. This is the secret to happiness here.

Im relaxed, i just thought it was ridiculous for the folks at Correo to hold my package for a month without notifying me. Then after 2 weeks of trying to get it they finally notified me when I spoke with a supervisor and she found the packages. I wont send ANYTHING else here.

Its like watching a 3 stooges movie, only the 3 stooges are funny, making new laws, violating civil rights, and harassing a tourist isn't funny at all.

Wait how did I break the law, its not a LAW by the way its a resolution signed only by the head of AFIP.

Second the resolution says you can buy these things, you just have to pay a tax, or am I reading an old resolution.

The RESOLUTION is pretty simple but doesnt say it even applies to Americans, it says for Argentinians.

SO I COMMITTED NO CRIME< no contraban in here! The postal AFIP agent did, lying saying she worked for Immigracion.

Oh wait my voltmeter isnt in the shipment anyway its lost, (SOME ARGENTINIAN STOLE THEM)

its a low cost guazmeter and a radio, but any at any rate where do you see i broke the resolution buying contraban?

You make me sound like a criminal, I checked the resolution before i bought, nothing about the items i bought, so where do you get that?

I suggest you read the RESOLUTION, and tell me where it even applies to me a foreigner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

With all my respect, you don't undestand the local legal system.

Breaking the law and being a criminal are two different things, it is not my intention to offend you.

There cannot be distintions between citizens and foreigners that live here as you, no matter that the lowest regulation in hierarchy says.

You change the facts a few times in this thread but you said that they were presents. This is what configures the federal crime of contraband.

Being here doing the Colonia run is also illegal.FYI.

She lied to you? And where is this a crime ? In puritarismland perhaps, here not.

What she was telling you is that she can arrest you at take you to the dnm for deporting you.

But i m on vacation and your attitude is boring me.

Next time buy it on Mercado Libre and leave contraband to professional criminals, amateurs sucks.
