Countdown To Default!

Don Alberto, if you have enough money, you can pay a company to develope a wiki about you for self propaganda.

Wikiexperts is one of those companies.

I m sorry if you felt bad when i asked you if you were paid for doing propaganda. I had 2 options, to assert that you are an idiot uninformed or that you are a smart and well paid clerk of one of those companies that provide propaganda services on line.

However, now i have my doubts.
What wikipedia says about Singer's pledge is true.

I am aware, that to an viveza criolla Argentine - and especially a politician or lawyer, these the most trustworthy of all people  - it is abominable propaganda to tell the truth.

As negotiations were getting underway, holdout investors filed court papers opposing other bondholders’ plea to Manhattan Judge Thomas Griesa for a court stay to avoid a default. Singer’s group argues that the other bondholders aren’t involved in their legal battle and have no standing to make such a request. Holders of euro-denominated exchange bonds on Tuesday asked the judge to delay a court order that has Argentina on the edge of default.

a legal code needs to have some sort of moral foundation. In the case of Common Law, the Magna Carta comes to mind, and later the Declaration Rights of 1689.

Correct. At one time it was legal in some states in the US to hold slaves. Those laws were morally corrupt.

Precisely, as those laws contradicted the Virginia Declaration of Rights
In the Continent, the Declaration of 1689 is also known as the Declaration of English Liberties or Freedoms. English (not Irish). Unfortunately, but naturally, the peoples of the world take their time to extend the same treatment to "foreign" or "alien" groups. That doesn't negate the moral progress that those declarations have imparted on the World.

Weird this is not mentioned, but technically, hasn't Argentina defaulted technically in Japan already (since a few hours?)?

Indeed they did: Japanhttp://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.lapoliticaonline.com%2Findex.html

Argentina’s man with a plan has touched down in New York to attend the debt talks. Sebastian Palla, the head of investment banking at Banco Macro, will deliver a proposal from a group of Argentine banks to pay off Singer and other holdouts in exchange for a court reprieve, Bloomberg Newsreported.

If GRondona chocked what are the chances Griesa will?

I thought about that 2 hours ago. What if Griesa dies suddenly, can someone replace him within minutes with the same authority? Fiction of course though
