If Argentina settles today, CDS pays out nothing. If it settles tomorrow, CDS pays out a lot. Probably.

Actually, the big winners are Argentina's New York lawyers, who have managed to string this out so long at hourly rates that must be at least US$500 (with just a modest retainer, of course).
