Foreign credit cards purchases at MEP rate

I have one pending also, but it's only from Saturday, so this is the first business day since.
I too will post when and if it gets amended to the MEP rate.
 
Been a week now, zero reimbursement. Hope I didn’t donate hundreds of dollars to visa
