What Are "sheeple", Exactly?

The name National Socialist German Workers' Party sounds pretty left wing to me.

Some elements of their platform:

-The abolition of all income obtained without labor or effort.
-We demand profit-sharing in large enterprises.
-We demand the creation and maintenance of a sound middle class; the immediate communalization of the large department stores, which are to be leased at low rates to small tradesmen. We demand the most careful consideration for the owners of small businesses in orders placed by national, state, or community authorities.
-We demand land reform in accordance with our national needs and a law for expropriation without compensation of land for public purposes. Abolition of ground rent and prevention of all speculation in land.
-We demand ruthless battle against those who harm the common good by their activities. Persons committing base crimes against the People, usurers, profiteers, etc., are to be punished by death without regard to religion or race.

The basic Nazi narrative was entirely focused on redistribution of wealth for the benefit of the working class. Wealth redistribution, strong middle class and economic regulation/central planning were core elements of the Nazi political philosophy. Free market capitalism was as far away from Nazi ideology as it could get.

Where did you get the idea that I think Peron was equal to Mussolini, Hitler, and/or Franco?

When I think of fascism, I think of a certain hack novelist who abandoned the Soviet Union but still took advantage of as many welfare state perks as possible. And let's not forget that she was also a shameless racist, even though she tried to cover that up: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/04/24/969838/-Ayn-Rand-was-a-clever-racist

Note to ben: You recently suggested that I don't "engage" the troll, but it looks like I will not be able to make a new post on any subject without an assault from under the bridge.

So ignore it. Don't click the ignore button. Don't announce in a post that you'll be ignoring. Just don't answer.

Ajo's tastelessness, at least as regarding you, has literally become a topic in itself, and everyone or almost everyone has learned, by and large, to hold their nose and keep walking. That's what freedom of expression entails. You simply lower yourself by engaging with someone who is trolling you. Keep walking.

(Unless you relish a food fight, and think you can successfully troll him back. I assure you you'll lose. Just don't.)

“The government will not protect the economic interests of the German people by the circuitous method of an economic bureaucracy to be organised by the state, but by the utmost furtherance of private initiative and by the recognition of the rights of property,” Hitler told the Reichstag in 1933.

And in that same year he nationalized Germany's largest aerospace manufacturer and the de facto largest aerospace company in the world at the time, Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke AG. The owner, Hugo Junkers, who refused to build planes for the Nazi was arrested and later suspected to be murdered by the Nazi. After that, all other companies became more cooperative to the government's central planning initiatives.

If Hitler actually said this (and you did not change it from something else), I think this is the best post you have ever made, even if your intention was to "refute" cambieru's statement that " Free market capitalism was as far away from Nazi ideology as it could get."

Lies told by" socialist" leaders (prime minster, chancellor, or a president) that embrace property rights and private enterprise often contradict their ideology...and are told to camouflage it.

Why am I not surprised that you would admire such a statement from one of your political idols?
