    Yeah, I just mean, with the current exchange rate I'd accumulate roughly $1500 USD in 3 months, so I would do the transfer then. then after another 3 months, I'd make another. So i'd be making the transfer once every 3 months of 1500 USD or less.

    I allotted $1200 pesos per month for "socializing" that doesn't include his dinners which are separate. If he wants to go buck wild he can certainly spend that much more, or wants to wine and dine an argentine lady, but he should already be aware those things cost more money - in any country.
