I do not speak about "most people". I was in the diplomatic community environment for half of my life. I have seen a lot of things that the average person would never have the chance to see or even imagine.
Besides what I have seen, I've known about plenty of cases to buy any propaganda or just to be too naive . You have the right to believe whatever you wish.

Are you going to also promote the same anti-immigrant sentiment and fearmongering about supposed spies against any Israeli immigrants, who come from a country known for sending spies around the world, or is it just reserved for Russians? The Cold War is over. Time to wake up and get with the times. Good thing all the posts on this forum have no influence on law 346 and the National Constitution.

How funny that the BBC has only a mere 6 words to say about the fact that what they are doing is sanctioned by the Constitution (article 25) and completely good and legal (article 20), but many paragraphs about the supposed evil of *gasp* birth tourism!

Trying to maintain a conversation with a fan of the pro-Russian regime is a waste of time and energy. I had experiences in life that you did not live and I am pro-Argentina. The bottom line is that our National Constitution embraces immigration, and so do immigration laws, so when something is not illegal, it is then legal. It is a violation of rights to holding these women at the airport. If they are not intending to immigrate and settle and they just want a passport, how is that different from people from neighboring countries that get residency or deliver their children here to get plans and subsidies, Asian immigrants ( especially Chinese ) used to come here when Arg was part of the US visa waiver, dubious visa extensions going back and forth from Uruguay by people from other nationalities... aren't those " fake tourists" as well? If anybody wanted to address these issues they would go by the law, anything else is just pure talk. Nobody is doing anything illegal.

At the hearing of habeas corpus they declared assisted by a Russian interpreter and my 3 Clientes said they were moving to Argentina for ever. Their husbands were not with them because they were deserters so they escaped Russia by land, one of them is Russian Ucranian (a traitor for both) and they were poor or middle class. The husband of the one who suffered more is a construction worker. None of them paid one of this trafficking netwrok and they were arrested for that.

The Prosecutor Incardona was sharp as a stylet and from the replies of the lawyers of immigration it was proved that the same day over 25 couples were the womenwere pregnant had no problem, that single men had no problem and they were arrested because they were 1) women 2) pregnant and 3) they were not escort by a man ¿?. Are we at a Caliphate or what?

The judge decided to free them immediately for humanitarian reasons, that never again a pregnant woman can be detained at EZE Airport. He also granted the criminal investigation against 2 international networks of trafficking denounced at the HC.

Today the head of Immigration after the hard critics she received, gave up and stated those who say are immigrating are welcome and those who commit fraud not referring to Kirill explicitly.

So, if I was asserting that visa runs were over long a go, now are dead. Say the true. You live here, say I'm an inhabitant.
