Carabineros cannot rape neither .

Chile has suffered three billion dollars of damage and the economy has suffered tremendously . They have not been peaceful the protests but even so the Chilean Government has given many concessions to the people . Do you believe that violence is necessary to achieve this ?

The carabineros are a kind of police force? If it's true they have been setting fire to supermarkets then we can assume that they were put up to it by people in the government. Could this be true?
